Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your gym equipment in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit and include all original manuals or accessories.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your box, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
